Launched at the 2018 G7, the Investor Leadership Network (ILN) is a highly curated, CEO\u2011led coalition of leading institutional investors dedicated to accelerating the transition to a sustainable and inclusive global economy. ILN brings together globally influential investors from seven countries representing more than US$10 trillion in assets under management. The Network advances practical, investor\u2011led solutions across climate, infrastructure, natural capital, talent, and emerging systemic investment risks.<\/p>\n

ILN operates as a collaborative platform where members pool expertise, capital perspectives, and institutional influence to address shared investment challenges. Through member-led committees and high-level convenings, the Network develops practical, evidence-based initiatives across priority areas including climate and nature risk, public\u2013private partnerships and private capital mobilization, and talent and culture shaping the future of the investment industry. ILN\u2019s work emphasizes shared learning, consistent methodologies, and real-world application.<\/p>\n

The Network is supported by a central Secretariat that enables coordination across workstreams, supports execution, and tracks progress and impact, while strategic direction is set by member CEOs. ILN works closely with governments, foundations, multilateral institutions, and peer organizations, while remaining independent and member-driven.<\/p>\n

As CEO of the Investor Leadership Network Secretariat since 2020, Amy Hepburn is charged with designing and delivering the long-term strategy of the ILN and representing the Network in collaboration with global stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Amy is a recognized impact investing expert and social entrepreneur with\u00a0deep expertise on gender lens social investments and the care of children in crises. In this capacity, she has spent 20 years driving social change globally in the private, non-profit and public sectors through the creation of unique public\/private partnerships and investing for high impact social returns.<\/p>\n

Her partners consist of visionary leaders and influencers, governments, social entrepreneurs, non-profits, forward thinking companies, foundations and venture philanthropists seeking innovative solutions to persistent social issues.<\/p>\n

Amy was a Delegate on the first G7 Gender Equality Advisory Council created by Prime Minister Trudeau, and an active member of the NationSwell Council and The Global Women\u2019s Forum on Economy and Society.<\/p>\n

She has Faculty appointments at Duke University and George Washington University where she teaches on social impact, gender equality, the care of children in crises, human rights and humanitarian action.<\/p>\n
