Drawing on confidential interviews with leaders across eleven institutional investors on three continents, validated against more than 550 independent studies and proprietary behavioral models, the playbook examines how AI adoption, governance, and workforce transformation actually work inside complex organizations, what enables them, what blocks them, and how leadership shapes the outcomes. A key finding is that near-universal tool access has not translated into transformational impact: the barriers are behavioral and structural, not technological.
