BIOGRAPHY

Laura Kaliszewski is Global Head of Client Sustainable Investing at Natixis Investment Managers, where she leads a dedicated team helping institutional and wholesale clients integrate sustainability into their investment strategies and achieve their sustainable investing objectives. She works closely with Natixis IM’s affiliated investment managers to align clients’ evolving needs with the firm’s broad range of sustainable investment capabilities. In addition, she leads several industry thought leadership initiatives focused on sustainable finance, including blended finance and the mobilization of private capital at scale to support climate and infrastructure development. Laura joined Natixis Investment Managers in 2020 and previously served as Head of Sustainable Investment Solutions, where she was responsible for strengthening the firm’s sustainability capabilities and expanding its range of innovative sustainable investment solutions. She brings more than 17 years of experience across sustainable and impact investing, portfolio management, credit analysis, and risk management. Prior to Natixis IM, she held senior roles at Moody’s, BlueOrchard, Deutsche Bank, and JPMorgan. She also worked with leading international development institutions, including the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Laura currently serves on the Board of Mirova, a leading global sustainable asset manager within the Natixis Investment Managers group, and on the Board of the Investor Leadership Network (ILN), a coalition of global investors dedicated to advancing sustainable and inclusive capital markets. She is also a Board Member of Inclusion in Finance Europe, a cross-industry initiative promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the European asset management sector, as well as a Board Member of the Women in Natixis Network.

In addition, Laura serves on the G7 Infrastructure Investment Council and the S&P Global Sustainable1 Investor Client Council. She actively contributes to several industry initiatives focused on sustainable finance, blended finance, and financing the ecological transition, including through the AFG (French Asset Management Association) and the Institut de la Finance Durable (IFD).

She holds a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from New York University and a Master’s degree in International Economics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva.
