About Will Hetherton

Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Future Fund

Will Hetherton joined the Future Fund in 2007. He was appointed Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in 2025.

Before joining the Future Fund, Will spent five years in the Corporate Affairs team at National Australia Bank, including roles in Australia and the United Kingdom. Previously he worked in corporate affairs consulting in Australia and the United Kingdom.

He serves on the boards of the International Forum of Sovereign Wealth Funds and the Investor Leadership Network and is Co-Chair of the Australian chapter of the Page Society. He is a Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford.

Will holds a degree in philosophy, politics and economics from New College, University of Oxford, and a postgraduate qualification in applied finance from Kaplan Professional.
